Reagetswe Mining Group, an amalgamation of Reagetswe Mining Services and Reagetswe Sibanye, has been in operation for 20 years. In our 20 years we have acquired a wealth of experience, wisdom and knowledge.
We had our humble beginnings at Royal Bafokeng Platinum Mine. The journey began with less than 100 employees and one operation site. Over the years we have expanded our operations to multiple sites and grew to source our workforce across the SADC region. Our growth stems from our foundational vision, which is to be the best in the industry, to be efficient in all the spaces we operate in. In our growth we have
significantly contributed and impacted communities that we are in.
Reagetswe is currently one of the biggest subcontractors in one of the sites we operate in, and we have managed 104000 tons per month production. We have been operational on both the east and the West End of the platinum belt in South Africa.
David Gadisi - Managing Director
David is the co-founder of Reagetswe Mining Group. After completing his National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Pretoria University of Technology in 1994, He joined Anglo-American Platinum as a mining Learner Official in 1995. David was appointed Director of Operations at Reagetswe Mining Group in 2005. After the company's growth to different mining houses like RBPlats; Impala Platinum-Rustenburg, Impala Platinum-Marula, and later Sibanye Stillwater-Rustenburg, David was appointed as Group Managing Director in 2016 until now.
Chief Operating Officer
George has been in the mining industry for over 40 years. He has served in mining senior management for over 26 years. He has worked across the western limb the of platinum belt. In the past 11 years he has lead various projects for company growth and expansion. He also sits in a board of trustees for an organisation in the Western Cape.

Development
With our years of experiences, we are have the expertise in stopping preparations on reef and off reef.
Vamping and Sweeping
In our approach for efficient mining processes, the vamping and sweeping mainly occur in white areas, In which we do the equipping for.
Reclamation
We move old equipment from white areas, to surface
Stoping
We pride in ourselves in our safety practices, in properly excavating ore, through the process of cleaning, supporting, drilling and blasting.
